Feel more powerful in your pregnancy with our Prenatal Pilates class. Each no impact Prenatal Pilates class includes core, strength, stretching and relaxation segments, all designed for pregnancy. Benefits include reduced aches and pains, more energy, improved core and pelvic floor awareness, increased motivation due to exercising with other pregnant women, and more. All fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. All instructors are certified pre/postnatal specialists.
This class runs in January- April.
